Opening for AVP Projects in Hyderabad

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Ensuring timely completion of projects and execution levels of the highest grade for IT Tech Park & IT Buildings.

·         Directing and monitoring projects progress by coordinating with architects, consultants, contracts and site engineering teams.

·         Defining technical specifications, budgeting and cost estimates, installation, commissioning etc.

·         Responsible for project planning, scheduling and cost control.

·         Will be responsible for total Site Management and Site Construction Operations.

·         Maintaining strict quality control procedures - regular testing of materials, inspections of work, conducting regular site safety checks etc.

·         MIS reporting on project progress.
